Excellent Stay in a Tropical Paradise

The resort staff were friendly and accommodating. The fire show was AMAZING!!! Transportation around the resort was efficient, and staff promptly assisted with luggage. The staff were dedicated and helpful, ensuring every need was met quickly.
The check-in process took longer than expected. I had to wait longer than an hour after a tiring trip. I hope they can streamline this process .

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially at the water park area. Agustin assisted us there, his attentiveness. There are clean swimming pools, very well maintained. I also enjoyed the complimentary hour of KTV. It added a fun touch to our stay.

The F&B staff is hospitable and genuinely kind. They provided excellent customer service. I was grateful for the staff.. they went the extra mile to help surprise me on my birthday. Their kindness is commendable.

The rooms are large and very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Unlimited fresh water is provided daily. I also received free desserts in the room some evenings.. a very sweet surprise.

The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. I especially loved Sunday BBQ night! The F&B attendants gave prompt attention. Mr Russell, Mr Michael, Mr Lester and Mr Kurt excellently attended our requests.

the resort has nice christmas lights, but i've seen better.
the dinner was, uh, not great. every dish tasted bad, and they charged me 1000 php for that. the water from the bathtub? yellow. it looked like urine. also, the fitness room smells like dirty water and mould, quite lovely.

The waterpark was fun I enjoyed the wave pool and slides. Breakfast had a wide selection of dishes and drinks. The gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. I was able to maintain my workout routine.
The beach wasn't ideal swimming was not allowed due to jellyfish. The resort is far from everything. It is an hour from the city. The live entertainment was excessively loud during dinner. I found it hard to have a conversation.

i loved how the staffs here is super friendly. anson wagan were accommodating when i stayed. the seafood buffet were really amazing, it is true. there are a lot activities even the area is far from the main city.
i think the windows could not opened. the door had no mosquito net and that's bad as i got bites. a sewage smell at night exist and that's very unpleasant. the beach is not blue flag, water unclear and promoting tours is not enough because i had to stay at the pool all day.
